Italy meets China at the preview of the Lantern Festival, the largest event about Chinese culture that will officially arrive at FICO Eataly World from the 27th of July.
For the occasion, last Monday, the Mayor of Chengdu, Luo Quiang, arrived in Bologna for an institutional meeting with the first citizen Merola and the entire city.
The city of Chengdu is among the capital cities closest to our country, so much so that in 2017 the Ministry of Economic Development signed two agreements with the Mayor, one for the opening of a new Italian-Chinese Park dedicated to Culture and Innovation , and one to announce the presence of Italy as a guest of honor at the next edition of the Western China Fair.
Quiang visited the largest food park in the world to discover the excellence of the area and to inaugurate the Festival preview.
More than 80 sculptures and light installations will guide the visitor into a city of lights, a journey into imperial China in a show suitable for the whole family.
