Stammibene is the new format launched by Megamark Group (Selex) in Bari.
It is developed on an area of 450 square metres and offers a sales area, a market, which proposes wines, liqueurs, preserves and packaged products, biscuits, and infusions.
Cucina viSIva is the space designed to allow customers to attend the preparation of regional or international dishes every day.
There is also a wall devoted to bulk goods called Legumi e Legàmi (Legumes and Bonds) with seeds, cereals, spices, and legumes, while an entire wall, called Stammi Pronto (Be Ready), concerns takeaway fresh salads and fresh soups.
A Stare (Stay) restaurant, with 70 seats, proposes seasonal menus that enhance organic and local products, 90% of which from Puglia. The design was developed by architect Nicla Prodon.
