From 6 to 9 May Molino Dallagiovanna took part in TuttoFood, the international hub of the food and quality food system, with a program full of initiatives whose aim is to present at best all the flour lines of this historic mill, which has successfully arrived at the sixth generation. At Molino Dallagiovanna's stand, there were show cooking with Maestro Salvatore Polo for pizza, Chef Walter Zanoni for fresh pasta, and Pastry Chef Denis Dianin for pastry.
The protagonist line of TuttoFood is represented by the new brand LeDivine, a new line of Italian wheat flour inspired by Italian cinema and the female universe, in three variants of Type 00 - Sofia, Monica and Anna - ideal for all the needs of the professional.
Next to LeDivine the flours of the Nobilgrano line with wheat germ will be used and for the fresh and stuffed pasta both Tritordeum flour and Triplozero will be used.
In conjunction with TuttoFood Molino Dallagiovanna was present for the first time at Bakery China, the largest in the Asian area dedicated to the bakery industry with over 230,000 visitors and over 2000 exhibitors from 30 countries around the world.
