Italian Nut & Fruit Alliance is a new company owned by Besana and Noberasco who joined forces to promote synergies in procurement, production processes and commercial policies in order to increase mutual presence in international markets.
The main purpose of this alliance is the creation of industrial synergies given by the complementarity of the two companies - Noberasco is more focused on soft fruit while Besana more on dry - and the development of new markets by integrating respective ranges of product.
Partnerships with existing customers will not change and will be managed by the two companies autonomously.
